Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Haritica Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to them. They incorporate, and are in addition to, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & approval

Participation requires an approved Haritica account and acceptance into the Program. We review and approve affiliates at our discretion and may decline or revoke participation at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and payout information. There is no cost to join.

Commission

You earn a commission of 25% of the net amount actually charged to each subscriber you refer, recurring for the lifetime of that subscription. Commission accrues only when the referred user is actually charged — it is never earned on signups, free trials, promotional credit, or $0 charges. Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount after taxes, processor fees, discounts and credits, and is reversed (clawed back) if the underlying charge is later refunded, disputed, or charged back. A referral is attributed to you when the user enters your referral code at signup; attribution is first-touch and a user can be attributed to only one affiliate.

Payouts

Payouts are made manually on a periodic basis once your cleared, non-reversible commission balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold of $50. You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions and for providing valid tax documentation (for example, a W-9 or W-8BEN) where required. Commissions still within a refund or chargeback window may be withheld until they clear. Payout method and cadence are confirmed with you when you are approved.

Prohibited promotion

You may not: send spam or unsolicited messages; bid on “Haritica” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or run paid ads that impersonate us; register domains, social handles, or app listings that imply you are Haritica; self-refer or refer accounts you control; engage in cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or fraudulent attribution; misrepresent Haritica's features, pricing, scientific claims, or results; or promote the Program on coupon, deal, or misleading-incentive sites without our written permission. Violations void affected commissions and may result in termination.

FTC disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Haritica wherever you promote it, in accordance with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides and any equivalent rules in your jurisdiction. Disclosures must be unambiguous and placed where your audience will see them before acting on your recommendation.

Term & termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time, for any reason, with notice by email. On termination, commissions on charges that occurred before termination and that survive the refund/chargeback window remain payable; no commission accrues on charges after termination. We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Changes to the program

We may modify or discontinue the Program, including commission rates and payout terms, at any time. Material changes apply prospectively; commissions already accrued under the prior terms are unaffected. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws stated in our Terms of Service, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
