Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Haritica. This policy describes when you can ask for a refund and how the refund is calculated.

Subscription fees

New paid subscribers can request a full refund of their first month's subscription fee within 14 days of the initial charge, for any reason. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Metered usage (AWS compute)

AWS compute charges (per-job costs metered to your account) are non-refundable once the underlying compute has been consumed. If a job fails due to a Haritica bug — not your input data — we will refund the metered cost of that job as account credit. Email us with the job ID.

Trial credit

The signup credit (currently $5.00) is a promotional grant. It cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.

Disputed charges

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer. Most issues are resolvable within 48 hours.

How to request a refund

Email support@haritica.com from the email address on your account. Include the date and amount of the charge, and the job ID if applicable. We respond within five business days.

Statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations. By starting a paid subscription you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has been fully performed. The 14-day refund window above is offered in addition to any statutory rights.
